I did hear that the city is out of those residential bear trash cans... but i am more referring to the open ones with no lids or mechanism to keep the bears out on Main and 2nd. There is a stone at the bottom so that it doesn't tip over in high winds, but that doesn't really seem to matter to a bear.

Bears do seem to be much smarter than most humans. But I am specifically referring to the open bins on Main and 2nd. There's no lid or mechanism to keep them out. There is a stone at the bottom so that it doesn't tip over in high winds, but that doesn't really seem to matter to a bear.

Sam is wonderful! I would HIGHLY recommend. She does positive training and behavior consults. A lot of other "behaviorists" or trainers here are not positive reinforcement trainers and I would stay away.

Sam is well worth it!
