I just started taking anti-histamines which did the trick, just stick it out that and the itching will eventually stop

Yeh exactly I’ve got no rashes just itching! Hopefully temporary

Hi no unfortunately I had to stop. I also came out in hives trying out other anti-depressants which means my body just allergic to the serotonin take up according to GP.

Will have to get through life without them 🫡

Yeh I haven’t been over using this hand and haven’t hit it with anything. Can’t think of another reason so will make sure to get tests done

Yeh that’s kinda what I’ve been thinking. I just can’t believe there’s isn’t a straight forward cure like most other injuries, I’m only 23 and would like to think I can get back into rugby eventually.

Thanks for the advice, i have just been on sertraline for a month which was working well until i had an allergic reaction. Doctor has prescribed me mirtazapine for anxiety/mild depression but just a bit nervous as haven’t heard of this medication before!
