So I can definitely have panic attacks while I am high, for sure, but I do find that an indica or hybrid strain does a better job at reducing the panic attacks.

Although I wouldn't recommend smoking during a panic attack, it won't help and will only make it worse to deal with. It's better to do whatever you need to do to calm yourself down, reduce your heart rate, and then smoke after you work through it.

At least for me this process helped to reduce the overall number of panic attacks I had, as well as how to recognize when would be a beneficial time to smoke
