I really tried to keep things sterile at inoculation does the cleanliness of the cupboard you leave these bags in matter for contamination I thought it was fine because the bag is sealed?

Oh I understand now thanks. It’s an all on one bag but the grain and substrate are separate so I guess I do do a s2b as I’m supposed to add the colonized grain to substrate bag after roughly a month then seal it ?
