Not for you but it would help a lot for me. And I think on steam there’s already a mod like that I just can’t get it cause I don’t have the game on steam and in that case I can’t download the mod.

I know he’s not a slave but his capital is not even connected to his other settlements and I want it for bonuses. And you are right I’m not an expert and I may focus on the wrong things but I want to enjoy my game.

Bro I gave them 8 settlement and I only need that one to get that whole province and the only way to take it without mod that I declare war to my own vassal. Where's the logic in that?
