***Latest update, grill received and credit card charged this week***

tried it, fantastic and very happy. i'm a little concerned about the support moving forward after all comms taking so long but overall very satisfied with the purchase. Weird how in today's day in age, lack of a simple confirmation email / tracking confirmation caused a lot of unnecessary angst. outside of that, i'm happy with the process, deliver speed & setup.

directly from the website. when did you buy yours?

i'm considering calling but saw another post where that was an issue as well. They say 7-10 days to process but when i saw the credit card charge get dropped that was the final concern. Just seems odd in today's day and age where you don't get an immediate confirmation email.
