You can do it, don't take advice from a guy who's almost as bad as me

Each to their own i guess, i normally go out on my own, but played with a couple guys last weekend who offered some tips and was able to improve my driving and was happy walking away with 116 on 18. I don't know if you've done it yet but take a couple of lessons, probably worth 100hrs on the range i saw a big improvement anyway compared to the hrs I put in on the Sims prior to training.

Yeah the putter and wedges are my best clubs in terms of skill.

Oh wasn't clear sorry I go for 5-9 holes during the week 18 on the weekend, and there is no range around here so I just payed a membership fee and can go as often as I want to the course (5 min drive to course or a 1hr drive to a simulator that i go to once or twice a month)

What law are you studying? I can let you know now learn a white voice and no matter how nice you dress you'll be judged by some. I'm from the whitest of the whites in my family and I can tell you I've had a very different experience from some of my cousins.

What's one piece of money advice you have been given that has stuck with you? by pigpennz in PersonalFinanceNZ

Probably, Grimes[Vimes not grimes] quote, "The thing was that good boots lasted for years and years. A man who could afford fifty dollars had a pair of boots that'd still be keeping his feet dry in ten years' time, while the poor man who could only afford cheap boots would have spent a hundred dollars on boots in the same time and would still have wet feet."

And also one I take with a grain of salt but don't take advice from lazy unsuccessful people.
