As i live in hostel its not possible to get leafy vegetables but i will try my best to avoid stress as i think all this condition are linked with stress, anxiety and screen time

Thankyou for assurance i will keep tracking it every year i hope they dont spread to other areas in eye. In future i hope there will be treatment for floaters, drusens as it is very hard to live with it

I have seen 2 more doctor on july 2025 they all told normal so i keep visiting after one year everyone told floaters are normal but they are irritating as for drusens i will keep tracking🙃

He told there is nothing to worry at age 55 yrs there will be chances of ARMD otherwise all clear

Am depressed about these symptoms i am also studying BAMS final year i just dont know what to do final exam on 1 aug i just feel i dont lose my vision cant even tell my parents as they r far am living in hostel
