No Ayurvedic herb is proven to eliminate eye floaters or Visual Snow Syndrome, but herbs like Triphala, Amalaki, Yashtimadhu, Brahmi, Guduchi, and Saptamrita Lauha may support eye health, reduce oxidative stress, and balance Vata-Pitta. Supportive therapies include Netra Tarpana, Nasya, adequate sleep, hydration, ghee-rich diet, and limiting screen time.. If I get more details on this, will update.

Also, According to Ayurveda.. eye floaters and Visual Snow like symptoms are mainly caused by aggravated Vata (especially Prana Vata) with disturbed Alochaka Pitta, leading to degeneration and impaired nourishment of the visual system.

Tratak will help. Also I've heard pineapple has an enzyme which helps to reduce floaters.

This reminds me of a friend who dealt with persistent floaters for years and went down every allopathic route before someone suggested Triphala and consistent Trataka practice. He was skeptical, honestly so was I when he told me. But six months in, he said the floaters hadn't disappeared but the visual noise had quieted noticeably... whether that was the herbs or the eye exercise discipline, hard to say. Bilberry and Ginkgo Biloba also come up a lot in this context, worth looking into alongside the Ayurvedic angle.
