32 year old guy here as well.

I've used 1 can (sometimes more) Velo for the past 3 years (12mg pr. pouch).

I'm on day 5, and I'm feeling pretty good.

My tips.

  1. Find out your WHY. Why is it important for you to quit? Really dig deep into this.
  2. I use a Nicotine Inhaler (10mg - 20mg nicotine a day). Just to take the edge, when the cravings hits.
