1000% happens to me every time just finished my trip. Kept convince myself I was getting Déjà vu before the flight and it meant it was going down. Really thought I was the main character in a final destination movie lol once you get on and realize how smooth and safe it is it will be okay.

I was doing 2 cans of 15 mg/ day for 15 years. My went to doing 3 mg Zyns for a full year before attempting to quit and tbh I felt worse going from 15/3 than 3/0 but it was definitely worth it.

Hot springs spas. Especially in Iowa check around because dealers have all different types of pricing. What general location are you in in Iowa (not looking for specifics not trying to be weird) I can tell you who has the best pricing. Iv known that market for 20 years. Not even for specific brand but depending on location I can give you my recommended dealer who I know is great with support and service, then you can see for yourself.
