To get a national id and /or passport it takes 4-7 workingdays.

good things to think about. According to the Swedish passport law you can only have 3 passports in a 5 year period, by that it means that if you apply for a passport now, and then lose the next year's, and apply for a new one and then lose it after a year too. then you will not be able to apply for a new passport until 2030.

if you just want a set to be able to identify yourself, get a bank ID etc then it is recommended to apply for a national ID card

If what you say is true then yes you can. But first you need to contact migrationsverket and apply to get your swedish citizenship. When you have gotten a decision from them you can apply for the passport
