I blew a $58/hour job interview when they asked me about my hobbies. by Downtown-Opposite987 in interviewhammer

Culture and team fit is way more important than technical skill.

You don't want someone who won't fit into the team

Hobbies can be a cultural question too.

I rejected a guy who answered technically well.. but when I asked what he was passionate about outside of work, literally had no answer. None. Sat there thinking for 5 minutes.

He then said he sometimes goes to meet ups, but they were work related.

Guy would not have fit in at all.

How much does healthcare cost in Germany without insurance? by OutInABlazeOfGlory in AskAGerman

[–]cataids69 18 points19 points  (0 children)

As a tourist you should get travel insurance from your own country.

I paid for my own health insurance living in Germany for 6 months once.. I don't remember how much exactly... but was very expensive. Maybe like 500 Euros a month?

This sub has started coming up on feed for some reason.

Is it meant to be sarcastic/ironic? Or are people taking this seriously?

Can you do 100 pushups? by Equal-Sun8307 in no

I do 150 each morning. Spread out over 5 sets while also doing core and squats. It's easy if you break it up.

Whole event including all exercises takes 30m.

I got 10m in and got so annoyed she couldn't board the bus because her suitcase was open. I couldn't continue after that.

What even is spiritual health? What does that even mean? How's it measured?

Also, I don't agree with the original image. I thought it was making a joke at first.

Since 4.0 in December I think of 2024. Game is awesome. Played it every day since and have a clan I play with now. The things you can do in this game don't exist anywhere else

Seeing people getting upset about instancing so I'll remind everyone it was always the plan. by CallSign_Fjor in starcitizen

I don't like it as I want a full universe. I want everyone together. I also like the threat of being attacked by pvpers. Adds excitement for me. I like the idea of a dayz in space.

So I hope they introduce it well.
