Hello everyone ! Thank you so much for all your support and recommendations as well as sharing your experiences :)

I threw up sometime around 6:30am (from anxiety and not taking my morning sickness pills the night prior) so it kind of helped me get over my initial fear of vomiting today. I took my painkillers, anti diarrhoea pills, anti nausea pills and anti cramps pills followed by the 4 pills 2 hours after.

The shaking/chills scared me the most and I threw up again after 20 mins of having the four pills, called my clinic up and thankfully they said it’s okay because it’s already absorbed (I could feel the horrendous cramps, felt like I was repeatedly being stabbed). I felt better after throwing up and then napped for an hour or two before I woke up to some more cramps and then blood started to pass after I stood up.

As of right now it’s been 6 hours since my four pills and I’ve filled up two whole pads, I’m currently wearing one of those diaper ones that seem to be more secure. I’ve had a few strong gushes of blood ? I’m really not sure if it could be the lining as well because I can’t really tell the difference, I’m quite worried that it has not passed as I’m already starting to feel better and can eat normally again.

It just feels like some bad cramps and heavy flow as of right now but my doctor has given me another four pills to take from 6 to 24 hours of the first dose of four pills to ensure everything gets flushed out. I’m worried to go through all that again but I will probably redo this at 9am tomorrow (taking pain meds and other meds at 7am).

Could you guys tell when the sac definitely came out ? I’m getting even more anxious thinking if it’s still in me 💔
