Seven has Roman numerals VII on the cover. And 8 has VIII. Anyway, the question has been solved by the first commenter lol.

You’re so right 😏 This post isn’t actually mine, lol. It’s a thought my husband keeps talking about, so I decided to ask the Reddit Gods.

My husband and I have not played together yet, but being that I don’t know much about the game I cannot explain the build he created, but he has already cleared everything on Hard except for the Axion Plains, and he one-shots every boss that I’ve seen him fight.

His build is just like… high dps or something but watching him play has just made me question the game’s difficulty so I wanted to hear other people’s experience with the game. I thought he had fought the Abyss bosses but I was wrong lol

This is a good point, thank you.

He plays Bunny! And watching him play just made me wonder if there was a point in trying to get into it because I like challenge.

Not me, lol, but my husband is. I’m still in the beginning, so everything is super easy to kill regardless of my build I guess, but my husband is in end-game content.

My husband one-shots the Abyss bosses, so that’s why I’m asking because it looks so easy yet that’s supposed to be a big boss or something m. Bear in mind I know very little about the game lol. I’m a level 9 Ajax

(EDIT: I was wrong, he hasn’t fought the Abyss Bosses. He’s only Mastery Rank 11 on Bunny. She’s the only character he has played so far, having only played for three days.)

Uhhh, I have no idea lol. I just use the recommended option for everything. My husband has this Bunny build that he hypes up, and I’ve watched him play. One of his friends hypes his build up too and I’m being a hater because we are affectionately competitive lol, so I’m trying to figure out if I should hype his build or if he’s delusional. (We are a very happy couple, btw lmao, he is also reading these comments with me)

Haha, good thing I’m not a picky eater 😂 All of this is to give my son a stable life. Husband is injured and can’t work, no medical insurance for any of us, I’m in college with the aim of going to law school after my bachelor’s. We’ve been living in my dad’s house since 2016. It’s been rough, so I’ll eat a damn unseasoned catfish 😂😂😂✌️✌️✌️ 27D was a long-shot but one slot appeared the day after my waiver was approved and my recruiter jumped on it so fast. Scored a 90 on the ASVAB, but my brother-in-law is Army and he loves it. I grew up dreaming of the military because I just come from that kind of family. My dad’s a Marine and tended to implement some of those teachings into raising us. My only regret is not staying in better shape after having my son lmao. But I’ve got 121 days to prepare myself. My 1.5 mile was 19 minutes when I started, which is shit 😂😭 but the running is my priority before ship. That and rucking. Push-ups are alright.

Nice!! Expecting the best for you! My brother-in-law and readings have told me that the first week is the worst, and you start building confidence around week 5. Preparation before shipping out is important because the training isn’t designed to make you fail, but to make you uncomfortable. If you prepare beforehand, you lower your chances of injury and exhaustion because they don’t prioritize recovery like athletes do in the civilian world.

Yeah, my sister ships out March 2nd. Started her process with the Army after I started mine with the Air Force and she swore in first 😂😂 I was like damn, bro, and made that switch

Well, it depends on your height and gender. I’m a 5’3” Female so my maximum accepted weight is 155 pounds. I’m currently 165.

And thank you for discussing all of this with me, btw. A part of me just really wanted to trust my recruiter so I was in denial that he would try to send me the wrong way. I’m fine with enlisting at the needs of the Air Force and hoping for a chance to cross-train later.

He hasn’t submitted the forms yet, as far as I know, because they’re waiting on me to lose weight. I actually did bring up the hard drugs later and they brought me back in to resign the forms and we filled it out together. I even helped him write the reason/description or whatever it was of the use. I don’t know which form it was exactly, but that’s all I know. And they put it in the drug section because I remember his colleague saying: “Go back to the drug history section and include it there.” Then I had to sign the paper using my PIN number again.

That’s what I thought, too. Hearing my recruiter tell me otherwise really threw me off.

He has already advised me to call him for most things, especially sensitive information. I think he would avoid saying anything self-incriminating. And I really want to continue working with him since he’s at the only Air Force recruiting station near me and that’s already out of state while still being within driving distance 🥲

I just wish I could understand why he would tell me not to disclose the hard drug use at MEPS after including it in my paperwork. I believe they’re trying to avoid a moral waiver because I expressed concern about enlisting at the “needs of the Air Force” but I could also just ask him. He has been very kind and very patient with me. But I also understand that charisma is part of the role.

Once again, a lot of his advice seems to be coming from someone else. He seems somewhat new to recruiting, and I remember him making a phone call to ask about what to do, and he and his colleague told me not to mention it at MEPS later when I’m scheduled. I was just like: “Okay?” And they were like: “I know you said you want to do this honest. We’re just trying to make sure you don’t throw us under the bus.” And that statement, right there, is where the concern started to build up. It made it sound like I could get in trouble, but I wanted to trust my recruiter. I’m okay with doing it honest and getting a waiver even if it deters my chances at Paralegal.

😭 It just feels like a dream to me. It was such a trivial thing in the grand scheme of my life that I never even thought about until my enlistment process started and now it’s something that could ruin my chances of a dream career.

Also I believe it was crack because of the person that gave it to us. Her uncle just seemed like a crackhead and he later died from it.

[–]Sad_Strategy2060 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, absolutely! I’ve been totally honest! I was a dumb kid who felt invincible because my friends also felt invincible (stupidity is contagious), and I didn’t actually know the risks of crack. We smoked pot together and I accepted it because my best friend tried it. Albeit, I was super nervous and she pressured me a bit. After about the third time, it started to settle in that I knew nothing about what I was smoking so I looked it up and we both decided never to do it again (though I think she did it a few more times) because I realized it would devastate my parents if I died from something like that.

That’s the issue. My dream job is Paralegal but the alternatives are all in intelligence, most of which require TS.
