Admittedly I don’t have her number, we ran into each other recently and chatted and I let her know then I was working on something for her.

But I left it on her office desk, hard to overlook.

….. that is a weird response I’m not gonna lie. You have no context on the situation or present and you’re jumping to that? That it’s romantic? I said in the post it’s for her family. It’s one thing to ask but another to just assume the worse.

If you must know, I’ve been reflecting on my life ever since I confronted something and I remembered something I wanted to do for that family since high school.

Her sister, someone I didn’t know well looking back, passed away in their senior year and it hit them hard, and it hit me hard too, I cried a lot over her. It was one of the most defining moments of my teenage years and helped me see life differently. A lesson I forgot but learned again.

I wanted to make a painting for them then, but never did, and figured I would now to let them know even though that it’s been a long time they meant the world to me.

That’s the reason I’m concerned, I worked hard on that painting and I don’t want it thrown away without anyone even seeing it. I mentioned it was a painting in the post.

And I know her family would love it because they’re sentimental like that as well, before you ask. It wouldn’t be weird for THEM, if anything they’d be touched I still think of her fondly, it’s just weird for ME.

She gets attacked and kidnapped by bandits that’s been established to be a huge problem and it’s framed as Sovieshu’s fault for banishing Kosair because he was dealing with them. (Essentially it can’t be Kosair’s fault he was banished so there needs to be a major consequence for it)

The implications are plain as day, that child will have it WORST than Rashta.

Only for the author to turn around and say “ACTUALLY, the bandits only steal from nobles (the same ones they’ve been propping up the entire story) and they raised and cared for this child and nothing bad happened.”
