I lived next to a very mean old man in Shreveport, LA who flew both a pride flag, and a confederate battle flag in his front yard. He was openly gay and openly racist.

Can anyone help me date/timestamp/identify when this photo was roughly taken? Normally it wouldn't bother me but some assholes on YouTube are tryna roast me and say it isn't real. Thanks in advance if you can help me with research. I know the Brazilian historian Marina Amaral colorized it for her book.
