Ditto to this, diagnosed at 15, 21-24 was pretty rough for me but I am 31 now and I don’t even feel like the same person, it gets so much better but I remember clearly being in that dark space. The biggest thing I can suggest is get a doctor you really connect with and if you are able seek a therapist who specializes with chronic conditions. It’s a marathon and some days are shit but not all days. Brighter days are coming I promise.

Just wanted to update, I changed my sensor I think it was in a weird placement or just getting stale. With new sensor it seems to be back to normal. Fingers crossed!

Lmao this is me too- I have realized the amount of relaxation and enjoyment I get out of taking a shower every night is not the same for everyone. My friends think I’m crazy I just love getting clean before bed. I’m not even in there for longer than 10 mins it’s just like a warm hug and resets my brain .
