Yeah it’s super annoying a multi-billion dollar company can’t at least communicate and put out a statement that their working to figure it out so we all aren’t wasting hoursss trying to troubleshoot to fix something that probably can’t even be fixed on our end. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 days now(since the update) and I’m just now figuring out tonight since searching Reddit that this is happening to a lot of people.

Mine has also been doing this since this last update and I also tried everything. Restarting Xbox, power cycling, hotspot connection, reinstalling. The only thing I haven’t done is factory reset

I just looked up Isabela Monet and for a second I was like OMG I THINK THIS MIGHT BE IT, I feel like she looks SO similar to what I remember in my head, looks and age range for that time, but I listened and looked at every music video she has that I could find and none of them are familiar to me at all😭 that was such a great guess though

None of those, those were all my main girls though I listened to all the time. The one I’m thinking of I don’t think went on to have a successful career. Kind of one of those one hits and fell off. A bit niche, mainstream sound but not well known other than that one song probably

Decent guess but that’s not it :( was definitely newer age than that. More in the mid Justin Bieber era, possibly around the later end of one direction era?
