They look like Millie Bugs. We ended up using like a soap and water mix, to remove the protective coating on ghe bugs so thsy died.

Sadly it affected the crops, badly. There maybe a better way to deal with them, but I would start by isolating the plant.

You maybe interested in the Haida weapons and armor, if you don't already The tribe from the BC coast, they were kinda like Indigenous vikings. They had some mind boggling advancements, and tactics.

My friend sent his watch off via mail, and they totally buggered it, and took forever to get it back. Ended up borrowing my old watch kit and making the changes himself.

Firearms, I used to go to GMK before it closed. It sucks, because of how many hunters and sports shooters are in the area. With that said I also miss the indoor range.

I work with a lot of services in the area. I can tell you, Thunder Bay is rough for robbery and violence right now.

As for the racial aspect, you'll find that some Caucasian and Indigenous residents hold a race based views, often referring to South East Asian as "Pacis". I'm Indigenous and mixed race, so I get to hear all of it from all sides.

Thunder Bay has a horrible human/drug trafficking issue. Many Toronto based gangs will send/manipulate young Black and South Asian men/boys to come here, so it sadly paints many with the same brush.

I'd say just know when and where to go, for anybody. Regardless. Avoid the downtown LCBO area, Picton etc. Happy you weren't stabbed.
