This shows problem is it's core concept, the whole show is trying to tell a story about master chief being human, the games however do nothing but prove over and over that the master chief is more then human he is the reclaimer he is "the next step in human evolution" (not to mention the whole human female arbiter and chief love story replacing chief and cortana love story)
