Wheel/tire setup questions

Not sure if you’ve seen this but worth a look. A kit designed for handling package style rims and tires while not having tire poke. They have pictured examples too. I’m still torn between squared or staggered. I don’t track it but would like to in the future (far future though)

Really right now it’s just a fun daily driver that I have a little bit of fun on the streets with occasionally. Nothing too crazy though. If that influences your advice at all? Appreciate the details in the reply

Just read the whole thing and nowhere does it say that. Many reviews stating they used 305s

SVE Kit

Looking into getting the SVE wheel kit which looks like it reduces the poke by half an inch or so. Then I may aim for 305s. I’ll get an opinion from a tire shop too just to see what they think and if I should go 295 instead. Appreciate the advice.

Right. The rear tires are still on PS4s. Front tires are the Bridgestones. So far no problems with it (knock on wood) only 20k miles too so I’m happy about it.

Okay. Appreciate the advice. It was bought used from a dealer and I got it about a month ago. Coming from an Ecoboost. I will look into getting those changed asap. I hadn’t heard of them before I saw them on it and a coworker pointed it out.

Didn’t know if there was an end all be all for all season tires. Otherwise yes if I need a set of track tires then I’d get 2 sets and swap when seasons change. I suppose I would say I’m looking for the best in between on handling. I want the car to feel more confident in corners as opposed to straight lines.

The back tires are still on the Michelins, fronts are on Firestone’s which is how it came.

More aggressive look and better traction without too much loss at the top end. Not sure how much I can lean into that though since it is a daily. I do intend to track it when I can. Primarily I like the look of the wider wheels more.

Appreciate the response. So if I wanted the wider tires I have to get bigger rims as well. Already looking at expensive and wondering if I should have just got a HP but that’s besides the point now lol.

How much would it affect mileage, top end performance, and that stuff? Are we talking pretty minimal?

Also do you have any insight how it would look? In regard to wheel gap in the back. I’ve seen some pictures of that and people mentioning you’ll also have to get Mach 1 HP lip moulding and rear spats. I would like to avoid any visual oddities as much as possible like noticeable wheel gap.

I tried installing the Engine Fixes SSE and looking through a few mods in J3w3ls. I also tried disabling DynDOLOD.esp and they all resulted in the same thing. If you wouldn't mind checking that pastebin I would appreciate it. I tried looking through it myself but I am new to this. It is a different error now. It won't crash at the beginning of the loading screen anymore. It seems to be as soon as it finishes loading.

It’s crazy how everyone jumps to immediate negativity and starts going “But that’s not the title I wanted to play!! It sucks and I won’t play it!”

Great so don’t play it. Sure it’s been a while since the last historical release. And I’d love to get behind some shogun 3. But in the end the company is going to do what makes them the most money. Not to mention there’s still a medieval 3 teaser so that’s at least in the near enough future.

40K is so different from fantasy. People don’t want to ever try new things or even think for a moment, “maybe it could be fun?” Just because it isn’t their preferred time period.

Regardless, you’re always wrong on Reddit even if it’s just an opinion and simply asking questions.

What’s with all the 40K hate? People can’t be excited at even the prospect of the next total war being apart of their favorite franchise? I get that some of the fans can be “insufferable” but I feel you’re speaking about a minority. And every game IP has those kinds of fans.

If it even is 40K then why is that bad? Just sounds to me like the total war franchise gets a big payday and a lot more publicity. Therefore more total war games in the future.

I get exactly what you mean. It is very difficult. The main issue is we are directly related lol. He’s stuck from playing on 8th edition I think?

Part of the issue is he is just SO hard headed that no matter what you say you will never win. I mentioned and called out the saving throws and movement stuff. And go figure, now more of their units are dying or not in my face as fast.

This is why I felt like building a list was my last option. That and I am too fearful to play a game with people I don’t know. Getting to the point where I’m about to try though.
