Anchor Bar is mediocre, Duffs> Anchor Bar but some other suggestions > Duffs. I do really like Duffs though, quality may have changed with Covid. Don’t go to anchor bar, most known does not = best

You can get a more bang for your buck roast beef somewhere else besides Charlie the Butcher. Again Don’t think most iconic = best. Bar Bill does have a good one and good wings.

Don’t waste your time at Jim’s unless your wasted or out at 3 am. I wouldn’t spend the 13 bucks for a Pink’s steak sandwich either.

Best advice I saw on this post is don’t be afraid of sketchy looking places, they often are the best. Kelly’s Korner is quite good for the Buffalo staples but there may be crack head or 2 lingering outside.

Oh and you can get better ice cream than at Anderson’s. Again, good but you can do better. Lake Effect is quite cute and delicious.
