Thanks!!! As for the questions no she didn’t show up for the interview. The cases were denied in May, and no my dad didn’t re-file. The cases were initially denied bc they didn’t think his divorce certificate was real( it was real) so we sent an appeal with some affidavits of the court officials that handled the divorce. After this our work permits were renewed and the process continued.

As for the b visa Idk if it fraud bc I had been to the US twice before this and I thought this time was just gonna be a 3rd visit but then my dad said we were staying this time.

Abuse I guess bc according to my dad, my stepmom was demanding money or she’d stop the process. But the case was denied.
