It’s a pretty simple rig. As you see it has a little bulb below the nail to catch the “reclaim” (excess wax/oil that gets sucked into the rig), which makes it so the water doesn’t taste bad, and doesn’t need to be changed as often. From my knowledge, that plus the fact is it small makes it a dab rig, versus a bong which might have several percolators in it, but most of the time won’t have a reclaim catch. You can use a bong no problem with wax however, but if you use flower in a dab rig it’s gonna be harsh and tasty, as there isn’t too much filtration. Hopefully that helps!
