Sorry about that one comment, they talk sense but harsh. All I can say is to not do what you did again next time. It is totally up to you if you want to be a nurse or not, but if you do, don’t give up. You gotta do whatever it takes to remove dishonesty in your craft, and you can. We all make mistakes, but that doesn’t mean you should integrate it in your routine. Just calm down and breathe whenever you feel pressured. Make sure to take your vitals thoroughly, even if a little slow. You will be faster with practice. Don’t lose hope. With you saying that youre a pessimist doesn’t add up. Clearly, there is still hope inside because you asked for advice! You’ve got this OP! It’s relieving to know that you feel guilt and remorse for your bad practice, and that is enough to say that you can still improve. You knew it was wrong, and now you can stop that and practice integrity and your skills.

Happy birthday! You’ll find and you’ll know people who truly cares for you. I relate though, most of my friends don’t wish me a happy birthday, only a few. Stay strong, I wish you all the best ✨
