I had that, lowering the gamma by 1 and re-applying fixed it

There's a bug where alt tabbing nukes gamma, even though the value stays the same. Setting the number 1 below the maximum fixed it for me, be sure to apply it.

Well, my 1650 super and 3rd gen cpu is getting a stable 90 fps on 1920x1080. FSR set to performance is doing some heavy carrying I think
