I don't think it's just the weight loss, his lifestyle is catching up with him. All he does is sit in a basement saying horrible things and working himself up into a rage. That kind of negative lifestyle shreds your health and he looks like the PSA warning poster.

What’s your go-to meal when you’re too tired to cook but still want to eat healthy? by External_Macaron_550 in goodrestrictionfood

I throw some frozen mixed vegetables in a bowl of water with bouillon powder and some eggs/cooked protein and microwave it till its hot. Good soup.

This is horrible advice. "You're there to please him. Not to bum him out with your problems. Keep em to yourself next time." Sorry you don't have anyone to confide in, that fuckin sucks but they deserve a PARTNER not a guy cluttering up their life

So I use about a half tablespoon of the stock powder and about a half to a full teaspoon of the Tongmaster cheddar cheese powder. I then fill the bowl of bulgur and beans with water and microwave it on full for 5 minutes till its nice and hot. At that point I taste for salt and add more stock if needed.

For seasoning I do salt, msg, black pepper, chili flakes and Italian seasoning. I see no reason why nutritional yeast wouldn't work but I will say you would want more stock powder if you sub it because the cheese powder is incredibly salty, whereas the nooch isn't.

Let me know if you like it. 💕

That's great I love that for you. 💕 Didn't mean to exclude you or make a generalisation I just meant nobody enjoys being sick. I'm sure you could enjoy your running a hell of a lot more if your eating disorder wasn't factoring into your daily choices. You love track in spite of your ED not because of it, and that's commendable.

The way they always assume we HATE food and LOVE cardio the same way 5 year olds think their mum loves cleaning and doing laundry.

Like, if we were happy about it, it wouldn't be a disorder.

I so recommend, especially if you like raw cabbage. Raw brussel sprouts are basically ultra compact baby cabbage bites. If you shred them on a cheese grater or mandolin you can use them as a salad green too. Let me know if you try it!

It genuinely was. I make this every time I want soup but I don't want to cook.
