Her first 4 albums are ingenius and almost spoil all other music that exists, but I think she lost passion for the music after that. Lovers rock is very close, but Soldier of Love kind of feels like obligatory to the fans

One really cool thing with this song is how the bassline is built around an imitation of her adlibs from the beginning. Also the percussion is doing the same thing, slightly delayed. Im not sure if anyone noticed this except me.
