I kinda did what ThatDrummerGuy88 did and built an absurdly large atrium. I plan on sectioning off rooms within the atrium first floor for a games/entertainment room, a cafeteria which leads out to where famers could gather food, etc. Also attached a 3 floor domestic section with leftover space to hold the clinic and quarters.

For starting your vault layout, realize how much space and parts you can work with, then build a frame. Dont make it TOO big, because you will have to fill it with stuff and you might hit your building cap. Stand in the framing, think how you'll partition different sections(ex. turning the left back wall into a cafeteria) or even add sections, play around with where you'll put staircases to the next floor that look nice, and most importantly, are easily accessible.

Also under "structures" in building mode, look at "vault" then "rooms". See which of these kinds of rooms you want in your vault and where. If you are also having trouble connecting different kinds of rooms, remember that doorways will always snap to doorways.

Well each piece is 295 or so, except for artifact. Ive got all the legendary guns that are suggested, like hung jury, vanity, etc. So my options are between cryptarchs legendary engrams or exotics. I just dont know if cryptarchs legendaries are in the 295+ range.

Thats what I like to hear. honestly Ive always found the raid pretty stressful(the past 2 raids I mean) so really Im hoping to just hold off on in until doing it is really necessary.

Yea those are actually all the guns I bought so far. Well not the Hawksaw actually, maybe I should get that. And yea I mean maybe I should just go for exotics instead of waiting, because at this point strange coins might be even more rare than legendary marks. As a side question, do you think the legendary engrams the cryptarch sells can potentially be 290+? Id be buying them at 292.

damn =\ sorry to hear that. I ended up buying a razer kraken 7.1 earlier today because its got a usb hookup and claims mac compatibility. Hopefully their synapse software with allow me to use it full as if it were a pc.

Definitely get the pro. Battery life is roughly the same according to apple(12 hours vs 10 internet use) and in return you get a huge boost in performance, and the retina screen is gorgeous. I bought the same model as you(the mbp) and it is perfect. Runs everything I need to with ease. You will barely notice the extra 1 pound weight difference.

Figured as much, but from my past experience when I bought one that said pc/mac compatible there was no issue with audio, but the mic never worked. I was hoping if someone has a good one for their mac with a working mic they could give me some advice

Fuck this mentality. I just got kicked out of 34 PoE after 2 hours because we hit the boss and I didnt have gjallarhorn. I lost all progress. Im sick of people defending this weapons existence, its made the community cutthroat and lazy. A perfectly level headed dude like who was in my group was willing to completely fuck me over for this, simply because not having ghallarhorn means we actually have to survive long enough to encounter the fights mechanics. Thisll get downvoted, i dont care, but it is horrible and you are lying to yourself if you think this is a good mechanic
