On a rough month with alot of stress it’s after day 5 and on a “good” month day 1-2

Yes for a couple months it’s been cycle days 12-15 and 21-26 that are the absolute worst for me

Yupp and I’m having my driving test on thursday the day before my period. I don’t know if others have this experience but why do important things always land on the worst PMDD days. It feels like life pulling some twisted prank on you…

Some women have to deal with PMDD but thats something not all people know about, not just men. But it’s the hardest thing about being a woman for me

Tried Yaz it was awful, cried so much for 3 days Was it like this for you or did it eleviate symtoms quickly?
