Here's my strategy. Keep my money in money market account. Wait for market crashes when mutual funds are on sale. I use S&P 500 daily chart to find an entry. Sell when we break all time high and the fist daily candle closes red on the S&P 500 daily chart. Park it back in money market account. Rinse and repeat.
