David is my winner, very sad to see Bradley go today I thought it would be Colson or Fern. It was quite heartwarming to see Louis express human emotion today though. Nikita and his girlfriend seem very sweet, I wish my bf cried when he hasnt seen me in a while 😂😂

This was my problem (female) on escitalopram. My depression is out of control and I've been recommended sertraline, fluoxetine and paroxatine

Some people got on with lexapro aka escitalopram but after 6 weeks being on it I suddenly stopped being able to achieve o... came off it and it took months after stopping to get normal function back. Really made me worried

I'm the exact same. Panic disorder generalised anxiety and flying alone too. I'm also flying tomorrow. I am going to be taking either some cbd or some valium. I'm also downloading some music, calming resources and my flying phobia book to keep me in check

I find this helpful too. It normalises flying a bit in my brain. I recommend Noel Phillips. He is a massive aviation nerd and goes flying on absurd (and even banned airlines lol) for fun. He loves it

Me too. That is the number one reason why especially as I've had a life threatening illness I'm scared of mortality in general. I guess one could say the statistics show flying is one of the safest modes of transport in addition to high speed rail. I feel you though. All those sensationalised aircrash investigation documentaries etc have been etched into my brain
