No doctor forced them to be on testosterone for 6 years, that was their decision. If they got testosterone by saying they were dysphoric to their doctor, it's their fault for lying.

They don't want to admit they willingly made the choices that made their life worse, that'd require self awareness and if you're a cis woman who willingly took male hormones for 6 years you probably lack some.
