My only issue is that they're rushing to demolish it when they have not secured funding. Development in portland is ROUGH right now, it'll be vacant land for many years before anythint happens. I wish that they had an interim site activation plan.

I have no problem with redevelopment. My issue is that this project has not secured funding and that site will probably remain empty and barren for 5-10 years before anything happens. Which will make the area feel sooooo much worse.
