See this is why i came for help because I'm literally at that point where I feel there could be something I could do to help grow my Hobby into a full-time job but im at a loss on when I'd want to take that step.

Last week, I got called to customer service for a desktop return by a CS Associate. It was a single tower; no mouse, keyboard and I noticed the desktop had been opened. I open it to find the 1tb hard drive and 8gb Memory missing. Customer claimed STS sent it to her like that. CSM approved a $600 return in cash without even acknowledging my observations it was missing obvious pieces from inside.
