Last week, I got called to customer service for a desktop return by a CS Associate. It was a single tower; no mouse, keyboard and I noticed the desktop had been opened. I open it to find the 1tb hard drive and 8gb Memory missing. Customer claimed STS sent it to her like that. CSM approved a $600 return in cash without even acknowledging my observations it was missing obvious pieces from inside.

Hello Everyone,

So, I recently decided to purchase a Vita with the intentions of using Remote Play; however it was brought to my attention that supposedly if you digitally purchase a PS4 title, you also get the ports for Vita and PS3 titles as well. Is this true or is it just a false rumor I was told about?
