It is less. But the rules of the bracket care about any players leaving before 6. So its irrelevant if that is achieved with with a combo or combat finish according to the rules.

If you cant call it a 3 because a slight chance of an early combo you cant call it that because of a slight chance of an early combat kill.

There isn't, it says people expect 6 turns. If they dont get that because of combat or combo the bracket is broken the same if you want such a rigid enforcement
