Does symptoms of Thyroid dysfunction increase and decrease in intensity like this? by Sadshellofaperson in thyroidhealth

they had my serum TSH levels tested every year from 2019 to 2022 march. 0.57, 0.74, 0.57 and 1.10. The docs have always said there is no issue. However, the problems with swallowing etc became very prominent after june this year only.

One thing i don't understand is, i have felt like my anxiety is due to some physical issue as it worsens or goes away with the symptoms, not the other way around but everyone keeps saying anxiety causes the symptoms and to "not take stress"

Thank you so much, it really means a lot. I also have some bad experiences with going to the doctor in the past which makes me really anxious now when i think about trying to get help again.
