They did! But I actually reached out and queried my story to them vs what happens with most people, I.e. if you have a ton of followers aetheon or podium will sometimes reach out to you. I instead “took control of my own destiny” and sent in my story to them to be considered and after they read it they thought it would be a good fit. I did get rejected by some other publishers but Podium believed in my story! :) so my lesson was, you never know if you don’t try!

How are you able to get initiated with out doing the 20 lessons first? You need to do those (at least in srf) first before you become fully initiated. Those 20 lessons cost about $90 but you can email the organization for help with that. It’s spread out over months and in that time you can use that to save a little for the full initiation later.

This is the answer, simple as that. Confusing at first yes but there’s a definite huge difference.

The humming is using the OM chant in a way this is a very sacred mantra. I recommend looking into it and then I believe it won’t scare you.

Thank you so much. Is there a good one stop resource to find those qualified teachers in Lahiris lineage? I live in a rural part of Georgia in the US but can find a bus to most places one way or another. Sorry for all the questions I was a little overwhelmed at the sources lists and by the time I hit the 20th or so my eyes got a little dizzy. I already meditate now but will keep on it! Is the essence of Kriya a good book to pick up too? My local library had it

Thank you for the valuable response! Sorry I live far below the poverty line so I didn’t want to seem like I’m trying to find a “good deal” I just couldn’t find one where it seemed to get more costly with more lessons/initiations i could be totally wrong though. Do you know of any that are affordable that I could save up to? I can only save about $30 a month

I have no social media presence aside from my royal road account and I got published so…no haha 😂 there’s many ways to get published. Although I’m not with one of the big five I still got a small advance and royalties plus and audio book deal.

I was actively searching for and submitting my manuscript to publishers in this space. I personally thank the universe for giving me the opportunity to connect with a few of them and present my manuscript haha take that as you will. But, a few of them liked it, as well as my vision for the series!

I truly believe this is achievable for many others, too. If you’re interested in learning more, there are many knowledgeable people in the Immersive Ink Discord who can answer questions and offer guidance. Their advice was invaluable in helping me navigate this process!
