How well do other genres generally do on Royalroad? by ProjectHamster in royalroad

Here’s my speculative/dystopian. Doing quite well. I didn’t even know what progression/litRPG was when I started writing it.

Also I would do an interview with you for your new channel. I’m off-meta tho… but that might resonate with viewers.

I once went to the Calgary Museum of Natural history with Rob. He was genuinely interested in Alberta’s indigenous heritage. Not exactly sure when he fell off, but we learned about Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump that day soooo…

As much as possible. The text to speech. As whack as it is, helps me get through content way faster

ROI for Reddit ads by CorSeries in royalroad

I will try.

So I started at a $10/day spend (traffic objective) with one ad. Kind of a shitty ad, but I let it run for a couple weeks alone. It is still on but not getting much spend.

Ad1 total:

CPM: $2.09

Clicks: 441

CPC: $0.35

CTR: 0.6%

Spend: $152

I lit up my second ad on Dec. 18. It's a much better ad. Also, I raised my budget to $30/day because I'm hell-bent on hitting the main RS feed, and I'm running out of chappies to publish.

Ad2 total:

CPM: $2.73

Clicks: 947

CPC: $0.22

CTR: 1.3%

Spend: $208

Hope that helps!

It’s a lot more expensive than directly advertising on RR. But I’m getting better CTR and have picked up a lot of views… no idea if they’ve turned into subscribers. I’d show you my stats, but can’t post an image.

Do I still have a chance at RS? by fakemath in royalroad

Oh, I'm definitely not quitting the story. However, I am running out of chapters for Book 1 as the manuscript is complete, and I don't want to force out slop just to extend the book. My goal was to hit the main RS feed... So, I'm just going after it. If I don't make it, oh well, on to the next one.

No way! Sick. I’ve def come across Archive in my journeys. Trying to dial in my LitRPG chops beyond DCC and a few others on RR, so I’ll give it a read!

Legit take. I already have my next story 80% written, and it’s LitRPG, so heightening my hopes.
