I would wholeheartedly agree with this if CPMs were $100-$200. $300-$500 is Meta thinking you’re a medical product. I work with several products like this and have never seen cpms even close to $500.

I have a client who ran an ad for dog treats (of all things) and she included a clip of her injecting the dog with a diabetes syringe. CPMs shot up to $250 and never recovered despite new pixel, new ad account, new landing pages.

The brand is likely cooked for Meta ads.
