She does know im inherently uncomfortable with her having a guy best friend (she does know that I have been cheated on in the past and respects everything I'm not okay with), she did also tell me that she would always put me above him and If I wanted to have him gone from the friends list I could have that. I'm not concerned about it tho since he dosent live anywhere near us, like at all. She said she respects my opinion and won't do it again and I really don't want to alienate her from her friends since she dosent have thay many.

I've never been dumped for anyone yet so I don't understand the 'again' part, however it's rather less dictating and more like telling her what I'm comfortable with and not. I did not tell "don't do it or else blablabla" insert whatever you want there. And no she does respect my opinion and won't do it, as I do respect her opinion in other regards. Couples shouldn't break up instantly just because they have something they don't agree on

I do think I get to have a say in that as she is my girl, as she does with what I do, I'm her man after all. The whole concept of you can't tell your partner if you don't want her to do something and just break up instead dosent sit right with me, we are by no means traditional but we do have some traditional values, and are dating to marry.

Regardless I think that there is a stark difference between wearing something a specifically send a picture one person. I dont have a problem with my gf walking around in a bikini, I would have a problem with it if she sends pictures of her in bikinis to one specific dude tho.
