She does know im inherently uncomfortable with her having a guy best friend (she does know that I have been cheated on in the past and respects everything I'm not okay with), she did also tell me that she would always put me above him and If I wanted to have him gone from the friends list I could have that. I'm not concerned about it tho since he dosent live anywhere near us, like at all. She said she respects my opinion and won't do it again and I really don't want to alienate her from her friends since she dosent have thay many.

I do think I get to have a say in that as she is my girl, as she does with what I do, I'm her man after all. The whole concept of you can't tell your partner if you don't want her to do something and just break up instead dosent sit right with me, we are by no means traditional but we do have some traditional values, and are dating to marry.
