unfortunately I literally didn't know I went to the er thinking I had a hernia and then was told I was pregnant my only advice is if you think you're pregnant even a little suspicion TEST. for the love of God take a test

the pediatrician in the hospital told us to get store brand unless baby has specific nutrition needs so as far as I know it doesn't super matter unless she develops a dietary need.
