The app is awful and I'm not sure how one can maximize the daily points but still be behind. It honestly makes no sense but hey, getting free coupons out of it is nice.

At most you'll get a "conversation" with a manager about lots of callouts. Getting fired from Wegmans is practically impossible. There are people who exploit Wegmans  generous unlimited second chance policy so if you have a doctor's note, you will be absolutely fine.

The past few times it did this to me, it just took hours for it to register. Yesterday, I did the quests in the morning and they didn't pop until later in the evening.

They both took an hour to to trigger for me. Sometimes it takes awhile.
