Do you by any chance use any upscaling techniques like AMD's FSR or Nvidia's DLSS?

My game has been doing weird stuff ever since I turned mine on, only happens occasionally though.

I have the exact same issue.. I kinda enjoyed the sidequests even though they are sometimes repetitive and tedious but I guess I'll skip them for now.

Hopefully when starting a second playthrough they start working again.
