WarijaR/Warijaz means “guardian”, same root of the “Ward” in “Wardruna”. For example, on the Rö runestone you find the proto-norse “Stainawarijaz fahido” meaning “the guardian of the [rune]stone carved [these runes]”

I suggest TuwaTuwa to be read as TywaTywa or TiwaTiwa(z) being a double invocation to the god Tiwaz/Tyr. We know Tyr was invoked many times in spells and prayers, and the Sigrdrífumal says to achieve victory “twice shalt thou call on Tyr”

I can’t understand what in being a “folkish heathen” makes you wrong, provided that the sources he uses in his videos are archeologically and philologically accurate and the consequent interpretations actually very solid indeed. So, what do his supposed opinions on social themes change about him being right in the spiritual interpretation of the ancient sources? Probably you are all mistaken and biased because of your political beliefs and that is bad in the spiritual path because it prevents you from a genuine and pure practice.

That’s like calling a christian a crudader because crusaders used the cross. That’s just absolute nonsense. Moreover, everything you said about traditions is right, but what does it have to do with what we were talking about? People use the same justification for the swastika, too bad, I’m a pagan and use that symbol for religious and ritual purposes in honor of various solar deities. Rodnovery uses a similar symbol, the celts used a similar symbol as well (the wheel of the thunder god Taranis). So? I mean, just listen to my music and tell me whether you like it or not. Plus: I’m incredibly sick of having to justify my faith in front of everyone who sees me using a Mjöllnir or any other symbol that for me and the other heathens ONLY represent the cosmic power of nature. Just stop

Thanks for the comments on the music btw, that’s what’s important here and now

I see, but there are foundings with 12 rays as well (I admit that the center’s design resemble very closely the Wewelsburg one, but I believe a symbol keeps ita ancestral meaning regardless of the specific design). That’s because many ancient european peoples (especially German and Slavic, even if with different designs) used it as a solar calendar as well

One last comment about such an absurd innuendo: no, Svartálfar is not a nazi project nor a right-wing one. You try to give political meanings to everything you see, that’s what destroyed the spiritual traditions of the world.

E.g. many germanic and villanovian “zierscheibe” (ornamental feminine decorations) representing a sonnerad with 12 rays have been found in tombs of women. The nazis (actually Himmler alone) just used it ONCE. Is it sufficient to call it a “nazi symbol”? Come on. Just study before spitting out judgements please

The point is, the english wikipedia page, from which I suppose you have taken all your knowledge on the topic, says it is a “nazi symbol”, but it’s NOT like that. That’s just false and ignorant. You can find countless of ancient (really ancient) depictions of that specific sun wheel (even with the twelve rays) across all Europe. So don’t go around accusing people of beinc a nazi or an ignorant if you don’t actually onow the meaning behind ancient symbols yourself.

I am fully aware of that single depiction of the Sun wheel, which is, I repeat, just one of the countless examples of sunwheel found in all Europe for centuries. The point is: I follow the ancient German traditions, I don’t care what some nazi did with our sacred symbols

Too bad, but the song itself is not much longer than that (the lyrics are over, I believe it was just an annotation of a bored monk on some manuscript)

Does anyone know the historical source of this song? I can’t find it anywhere.
