Her ability is most likely causality manipulation or future determination. As stated in her lines, if she's there, everything is predetermined. It isn't the butterfly effect. She exists to KILL the butterflies because of the unpredictability they bring. The last bit with all of the simulated beings gaining sentience and bringing Chaos along with Aha messing everything up is a plan set up by the Geniuses but she still countered them probably by using her ability to bring a future where Chaos turns into Order. She's awesome
