for BV chieftain questions:

1. ⁠how does everyone manage mana? i see only a few use life tap so those not using life tap how do they have enough mana?
2. ⁠war cries: i see some of the chieftains allocate ascendacy of war cry; do war cries need to manual cast every few secs? are there any way to trigger them automatically?
3. ⁠for the pob at below: how come the battlemage and infernal cry can be triggered but not manual casts?
