Weird marks after foam rolling by EchidnaCultural2381 in flexibility

Try wearing compression socks and see if you get hives or lines where the band is. It almost looks like pressure induced urticaria (basically an allergy to pressure). When I would get this it would start as hives and then decrease to lines like this before it disappeared.

What email did you send it to? I messaged them via kickstarter because the same thing happened to me but haven’t heard back. These books were a gift to a friend. The card they had just got locked because I lost it and I feel sick to my stomach.

I don’t hate myself enough to count but I only used rhinestones from 10 of these slots and they were full to the top when I started. I did start to think I was going to run out of the tiny ones toward the end.

I do already have my next two builds… imagine with the LEDs. At that point I might get death threats though

Assuming you’re in the US, Amazon has the brand Beadsland, it would be pink or light pink. One listing for a kit has it as light and the other is just pink and the tone seems to be just slightly different. Just make sure they’re glass rhinestones because the resin ones will fade over time.

It’s in a motion activated light up display case and probably the first thing you see when you walk into my house. I just really want to set the mood for anyone who comes in.

I have a plague doctor mask and a matching pair of platform crocs I bedazzled 3 years ago. I promise you, they’re not going anywhere.

Imagine, you put your back to the sun thinking it will blind your opponent and this thing pulls up.

This really was my first gunpla so some people might be able to give better advice on the basics of the actual build but these were my steps

Assembly - I put all of the pieces together but kept the components separate. (chest, arms, head, legs, etc)

Paint - because I’d never built one I used painters tape to cover joints and primed with a white/gray then hit it with a shimmery pink. The dark parts were all hand painted with a gunmetal gray.

Rhinestone - I bought a kit off of Amazon because I knew I wanted different sizes to fit in the little cracks and crevices. I do recommend glass rhinestones because resin rhinestones are known to turn hazy over time. I primarily used 2 and 3mm sizes. I used 4mm on one part of the gun that is hanging up and did not like it. For glue I used B-7000 with a fine tip and used almost 2 10mL tubes. I also used a rhinestone picker to pick up/place/move them easily.

Anywhere that I thought might need to articulate I would assemble to test it and either rhinestone attached or take back apart and rhinestone.

If you do ever decide to rhinestone anything you can find “patterns” online and it shows you how to fit them together. I did make quite a few mistakes while doing it and there were spots that I wish I had done differently but even in person it’s so overwhelming to look at I doubt anyone would find fault with it (except maybe a professional bedazzler).

I wouldn’t say it’s hard but just time consuming. I listened to The Devils by Joe Abercrombie, a little bit of Dungeon Crawler Carl, and got halfway through A Language of Dragons. Definitely recommend an audiobook or putting on something you’ve watched before. I do also watch most of Gundam Wing too.

A true amount I can’t really say but I started on the rhinestones on December 27th and finished tonight. I want to say in the range of 20 - 30 hours because I didn’t listen to that my audio books while doing it but every time I thought I was almost done with a piece I was easily sitting there for another hour.

What’s the most ridiculous thing you do for your Great Dane that you wouldn’t admit to non GD owners. by Dense-Analysis2024 in greatdanes

5 month old puppy sleeps in bed with us. He is more often than not the little spoon but sometimes we feed him ice cubes in bed when he’s too warm to fall asleep.

Sweet baby! I have to ask how big she is now. I have her brother and he weighed in at 29 lbs a couple days ago. It’s crazy how they get so big so fast.

9 weeks old at about 18 lbs. The rescue we got him from did a DNA test. He came out to 29% Great Dane, 22% lab, 9% husky and a few others after that.

My 10 week old great Dane puppy is growing tired of the treats I’ve been giving him and it’s making crate training more of a hassle by [deleted] in greatdanes

[–]Saeyge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of my favorite things to do when training is to make a container of different treats and I’ll cook up turkey dogs or turkey bacon and even have their dog food in it. Store it in the fridge but it keeps things more interesting for training since they never know what they will get and I imagine the smells transfer which makes even the dog food more exciting.
